Itemized scope, no surprises
Every proposal lists materials, labor, exclusions, and coordination assumptions. Change orders are written, not implied.
KC Tech & AV is an Atlanta-based low-voltage and audio-visual contractor. We work with general contractors, operators, and IT teams to deliver surveillance, network, signage, and audio systems that perform and document well.
Most low-voltage installs go wrong in the same places: scope ambiguity at the proposal stage, poor coordination at rough-in, and a closet that nobody can make sense of after the trim crew leaves. Every choice we make is aimed at those three failure points.
We write proposals that say what's included and what isn't, in plain language. We coordinate with electricians, GCs, POS providers, and brand vendors before they need to ask. And we leave behind labeled cabling, port maps, and documentation — because the system doesn't end when we leave the jobsite. It starts there.
That standard works for a single retail store and a multi-site rollout equally well. It's also what lets us be a partner to general contractors and operators who need a low-voltage trade they don't have to chase.
These are the commitments that show up on every site we work, regardless of size. They're how we keep schedule predictable, budget honest, and the closeout something you'll actually use.

We respond same-day to GCs and operators during active jobs. You don't have to track us down to find out where we are.
Labeled patch panels, port maps, IP schedules, equipment inventory, and admin credentials — packaged and stored on-site.
Our home base is in Duluth. We service Metro Atlanta directly and travel statewide for multi-site rollouts and projects that match our scope. If your job is in Georgia, ask — we're probably already in your area.
Whether you're a GC needing a reliable low-voltage trade or an operator planning a buildout, we'd like to hear about it.
